The Organic Acids Test is a 76-marker urine test that provides a nutritional and metabolic snapshot of your current health.

By measuring organic acid metabolites in urine, this test offers insight into how the body is processing nutrients, producing energy, managing oxidative stress, interacting with gut microbes, and utilizing key biochemical pathways.

The test is completed at home with a simple collection kit shipped directly to your door. After collection, your sample is returned to the lab using the prepaid shipping label included in the box.

Are you experiencing these symptoms?

The OAT  provides a deeper look at functional patterns related to mitochondrial function, nutrient needs, gut-related metabolites, oxidative stress, detoxification demand, and metabolic stress.

It can be especially helpful when clients are struggling with:

  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Cravings
  • Digestive symptoms
  • Inflammation
  • Stubborn weight changes
  • Blood

It can be especially helpful when clients are struggling with:

  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Cravings
  • Digestive symptoms
  • Inflammation
  • Stubborn weight changes
  • Blood sugar concerns
  • Complex symptoms that do not fully show up on standard bloodwork

At Five Peaks Wellness, the OAT is paired with comprehensive bloodwork and interpreted alongside your symptoms, history, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle patterns to help create a more personalized root-cause plan.

Comprehensive Blood Work Panel

A Root-Cause Approach to Blood Testing

Our comprehensive bloodwork is designed to look beyond basic screening labs and evaluate the deeper patterns that often

contribute to metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, inflammation, fatigue, weight loss resistance, hormone changes, and long-term cardiometabolic risk.

In addition to standard markers, we assess blood sugar regulation, fasting insulin patterns, advanced lipid and cardiovascular markers, inflammatory trends, thyroid function, immune patterns, liver and kidney function, nutrient status, protein status, and other key markers that help tell a more complete story of your health.

Rather than looking at each lab value in isolation, we interpret your results through a functional and clinical lens, connecting your bloodwork with your symptoms, history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and health goals. This allows us to identify early patterns, uncover areas of imbalance, and create a more personalized plan to support metabolic health, energy, resilience, and prevention.

Benefits of Hormonal testing

What is the DUTCH Test?

The DUTCH Complete is an advanced dried urine hormone test that provides insight into hormone production, hormone metabolism, and cortisol rhythm throughout the day.

The DUTCH Complete is an advanced dried urine hormone test that provides insight into hormone production, hormone metabolism, and cortisol rhythm throughout the day.

It evaluates sex hormones, hormone metabolites, and adrenal-related markers to help create a more complete picture of how the body is producing, using, and clearing hormones.

At Five Peaks Wellness, DUTCH testing is used when clinically appropriate and interpreted alongside your symptoms, health history, bloodwork, nutrition, sleep, stress, and metabolic patterns. This allows us to better understand how hormone and cortisol patterns may be connected to energy, mood, sleep, cycle changes, stress resilience, and overall metabolic health.

Benefits of Hormonal testing

What is the DUTCH Test?

The DUTCH Complete evaluates key areas of hormone and adrenal health, including:

  • Sex hormones: Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and related androgens
  • Hormone metabolites: How estrogen, progesterone, and androgens are processed and cleared
  • Adrenal markers: Cortisol, cortisone, DHEA, and DHEA-S
  • Daily cortisol rhythm: Free cortisol patterns
