Root-cause functional medicine support for insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, stubborn weight, inflammation, fatigue, and early cardiometabolic dysfunction.
At Five Peaks Wellness, the goal is not to chase symptoms or rely on basic labs that often miss the early warning signs of metabolic dysfunction. These programs are designed to help uncover the deeper patterns contributing to blood sugar changes, insulin resistance, inflammation, weight loss resistance, cravings, fatigue, abnormal cholesterol particles, and early cardiometabolic risk.
Each program uses comprehensive lab testing, functional lab interpretation, nutrition and lifestyle strategy, and personalized recommendations to help you better understand your body and take a more targeted approach to improving metabolic health.

This complimentary discovery call is the first step to working together. During this call, we will briefly discuss your health concerns, current symptoms, goals, and whether a root-cause metabolic health approach is the right fit for you.
This call is ideal for individuals struggling with insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, stubborn weight, inflammation, fatigue, blood sugar changes, or labs that look “normal” despite not feeling well. Direct booking is not available for programs. This call helps determine which level of support is the best fit for your needs.
One-time comprehensive evaluation
Includes comprehensive blood work + Organic Acids Test + 2-hour consultation
The Metabolic Dysfunction Deep Dive is the foundational starting point for new clients who want a comprehensive look at the root causes of insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, stubborn weight, inflammation, fatigue, cravings, and early cardiometabolic risk.
This is not a basic lab review. This evaluation is designed to look beyond standard glucose, A1c, and cholesterol markers to better understand the metabolic patterns that may be keeping your body stuck.
Through comprehensive blood work and an Organic Acids Test, we evaluate key areas related to metabolic health, including blood sugar regulation, insulin resistance, inflammation, advanced lipid patterns, nutrient status, thyroid function, liver and kidney function, mitochondrial stress, oxidative stress, gut-related patterns, detoxification demand, and other root-cause contributors.
This package is ideal for clients who want clarity, education, and a personalized plan, but may not need ongoing coaching support right away.
Comprehensive blood work focused on metabolic health, inflammation, thyroid function, nutrient status, cardiovascular risk, liver and kidney function, and foundational wellness markers.
Organic Acids Test to evaluate mitochondrial function, nutrient needs, oxidative stress, gut-related patterns, detoxification demand, neurotransmitter-related markers, and metabolic stress patterns.

*Full review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, supplements, and goals
*Functional interpretation of your lab results
*Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations

*Clients who want to understand why their body feels stuck despite trying to eat well, exercise, or follow conventional advice

12-week guided program
Includes comprehensive blood work + Organic Acids Test + 2-hour consultation + follow-up support
The Metabolic Reset Program is a 12-week lab-guided program for clients who want more than a one-time consultation. This program includes the same comprehensive testing and root-cause evaluation as the Metabolic Dysfunction Deep Dive, with added follow-up support to help you implement your plan and make sustainable changes over time.
Metabolic dysfunction often requires more than information. Insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, stubborn weight, inflammation, cravings, and fatigue are frequently connected to nutrition patterns, sleep disruption, stress physiology, nutrient deficiencies, mitochondrial stress, liver burden, gut health, inflammation, and lifestyle habits that need to be addressed in a strategic order.
This program is designed to help you move from confusion to clarity, and from knowing what to do to actually implementing it.
Comprehensive blood work focused on metabolic health, insulin resistance, inflammation, thyroid function, nutrient status, cardiovascular risk, liver and kidney function, and foundational wellness markers.
Organic Acids Test to evaluate mitochondrial function, nutrient needs, oxidative stress, gut-related patterns, detoxification demand, neurotransmitter-related markers, and metabolic stress patterns.
